How the clinic uses them
When you call or write on WhatsApp, the clinic uses your name and your number for one purpose: to arrange your visit and to look after your care.
What the website asks of you
Nothing at all: there is no form to fill in. To learn which pages help visitors most, the site uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits; it is never used for advertising. You can accept or decline them in the notice at the foot of the page, or later under Cookie settings, and the site remembers your choice in this browser. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, they are set only once you accept. Cloudflare, which serves the site, also counts visits, without cookies. You read at your own pace, and speak to the clinic when you are ready.
What the law lets you ask
Law 81/2018 is the Lebanese law on personal details, and it covers how they are handled by anyone, not only by a business. It gives you the right to ask what is held about you and to get a copy, and to have details corrected, completed or erased when they are wrong, out of date, no longer needed for their purpose, or should not have been collected. A correction or an erasure has to be done within ten days of the request.
